Overall system works great. Only downfall is #1 clip does not stay in place (I think it came broken or made incorrectly).

I purchased two cheaper models and ened up returning them both. Figured I would attempt once more… Score!
I’ve had a pair of Conair’s for well over 20 years and this model feels and works identical.
Spend the extra 10-20 bucks.

I have an old set of clippers, probably close to 50 years old, same brand, I cut my husband’s hair so when he started to complain of his hair being pulled while using the cli, I knew it was time to get a new one!

Conair is my go to brand when it comes to hair clippers. There are a few small changes from the last ones I bought but they are positive changes. Have tried these new ones out and I am quite pleased. The design fits comfortably in the hand, the guards attach securely and are easy to change.
Will certainly purchase again !

I got this hair cutting machine for myself, a mid 30’s male. Because i recently cut off my very long hair I’ve had growing for years, almost my whole adult life I had it long. But I started going bold, so I figured finally it’s time. I just cut it all off and shaved my head completely. And I wanted to keep that up, but I quickly realized how not easy that is to keep up. If I shaved once a week with my good Gillette razor, my skin would be burning n sensitive for days after every time, and the shaving itself took WAY longer than I anticipated. So I’d find myself in my bathroom in front of the mirror with my arms aching, exhausted and realize I’ve been there like 40 minutes already. So it really just too long n too much effort to keep up. So I came here to Amazon actually to search for a electric head shaver. But I realized that would probably take almost as long, and the reviews were saying it isn’t really cutting much closer than regular clippers….. So I started looking for regular clippers instead. Lol. I figured I’ll try that, and if I’m very unhappy with what it leaves, I’ll shave with my razor afterwards, it would make the shave way way faster n easier. So I ended up selecting this kit. Mostly cause Conair is a name I know. And after my first time using it. I didn’t bother shaving afterwards, and I figured, it’s so much quicker, easier, less painful, than shaving. And the results are while not exactly like a shave, more like 2 or 3 days after a shave. But good enough for me for the payoff.
Now my next issue was, that now a week later, I have still very short hair, but long enough that I want it off, so I wasn’t sure how the machine will handle such short hair. I of course always have it get to the shortest setting, with no attachments used…. But I wasn’t sure it could cut such short hair… But I was very pleasantly surprised by how well it did. I’ve been using it once a week since. And it’s working fantastically so far…. I’m hoping it keeps going for a while. Cause idk.. I’ve never had very good luck with these… This one looks good so far

Good little kit. The razor doesn’t have the power of a higher end razor so you have to take your time, but for the money it does the job
