Got for a good price on Black Friday, otherwise, a tad over-priced, as is most Dept 56 items. Item was sealed from the manufacturer and completely authentic, so no issues there.

Perfect recreation of a classic Christmas scene. Goes great with the Griswold house, though note the figures are not to scale with the house.

I love all the detail this item shows for my Christmas village. I have been waiting for years to purchase the Christmas vacation series and it was a great deal on the price.
