This was bought on the back of a YouTube video promoting the product stating it was like olaplex at half the price………. Granted it is lovely for curly hair in particular, but smells great but its just not AS good as Olaplex

My hair was so soft and manageable after using this deep conditioner. It was easy to detangle my hair. My curls popped. Wish I knew about this one earlier. Went through a lot of trial and error. I went on You Tube and watched some naturals try it. All good reviews. I was worried about adding protein to my hair but I guess some of us need it. Worth every penny!

I love, love LOVE all the Shea Moisture products. They are perfect for The Curly Girl method and I’ve bought loads over the years. This was my first try with the protein mask. It’s MUCH thicker than I’d have expected, but it means it goes a long way.
My hair always feels much softer after using this, and despite it being mainly a protein mask, it’s also very moisturising 🙂

I’m a slave for going from dark blonde the platinum for my almost waist long hair. After a new girl screwed up and over bleached me too far up around the top of my head this stuff saved my hair. I also swim laps a lot and this helps reverse the chlorine damage. I use it at least once a month.

I heard so much about this mask that maybe I had too high expectations. Did not come sealed -not sure if this is normal or not…. it is indeed a thick product to apply and the smell is lovely. There are no instructions on how to apply it as a prepoo so I used it as a DC. My hair did not feel more moisturised nor stronger …. It felt the same as after other normal deep conditioner. Will definitely try again to see if I get better results …

I loooooove this product! My hair is thin but long and is plagued by issues such as oily roots and dry ends. I get frizz without conditioning, but looks oily and weighed down quickly with other products. This makes my hair so smooth and soft with no weigh down! A tiny bit goes a long way so I will often use a tiny bit every other wash or do my full head of hair and let sit for a deep conditioning affect. I have bought this about 3-4 times now over the last 3 year or so, so it really lasts and is totally worth the $11. Sometimes hard to find in stores, so I’m glad it’s here!
