My mother had a product similar to this when I was a child. It required me to apply it to my head, wrap my hair in plastic, and sit under a massive hairdryer for 30 minutes. And then, I had to rinse my head under the bathtub faucet, which I hated to do. We had to do this every few months, to make my hair more manageable with less tangles.
This hair mask brings back all those memories from my childhood. Once again it is a massive jar of thick cream that you apply to your head, and then massage through your hair. However, this process is much simpler, because you only leave it on for 5 to 7 minutes, and then rinse it off. I was so excited to use this to get extra moisture in my hair.
My results: if I use a good quality shampoo and conditioner, followed by this hair mask, my hair is smooth, shiny, frizz free, and it is beautiful. If I use an average shampoo and conditioner, followed by this hair mask, my hair still feels dry, and the frizz remains. So, I am disappointed, that this hair mask is not a miracle working cream. It must be accompanied by additional good quality hair products. If you use this, and you’re not getting results do you want, try changing some of your other hair care items, so that they can work with one another to enhance your beautiful hair.

For $27.99, there’s a lot of product here that will last, especially if you use them at different times – although you may experience better results by layering them. I tried them individually, so I could comment on each. The mask was in a box, but none of the items were sealed; the mask may have had a seal that got stuck to the top of the lid as sometimes happens. The mask is yellow, and smells like baby powder – sweet, powdery, and floral. It feels and washes out like any conditioner. While I usually prefer tubs, I wish this came in a pump or bottle because I didn’t like getting water in the tub. The oil also smells like baby powder. It’s thick, but not heavy or greasy. I have hair down to my waist, and 1 drop actually seemed to do the trick although I added another drop just because I couldn’t believe 1 was enough. The leave in spray is actually a stream unfortunately. I recommend transferring it to a better bottle or putting it in your hands and then patting into your hair. It was definitely the hardest to apply because of that. I didn’t notice a smell when applying it, but it does have a floral smell in the bottle.
All the products smoothed, straightened, softened, and added shine. None were heavy or greasy. You only need little-average amounts. They all have a scent I don’t favor except I didn’t notice it in the spray. In order of preference, I would say the mask was the gentlest on my hair to apply and produced the best results. The oil went an amazingly long way. The spray works, but the stream is inefficient. These products aren’t the most amazing, but many people will see improvements without paying an arm and a leg.

The hair mask is really great for my frizzy, dry hair. Nice scent. I particularly like the leave-in conditioner for my end. This is a great set. My tip is to use the leave-in on the ends only to prevent and oily, flat look and the oil on the scalp with a rinse after setting with the mask on the mid to ends; this works for me anyway.

I used a couple of times with some good expectations but sadly and I didn’t feel good results with my hair.
I have a thin, medium long and semi curly hair.

My friend was in town visiting, so we did a home spa day. She has some damage to her hair from constant hair color and styling, so we did this hair mask – actually twice while she was visiting. We both noticed the benefits from the mask on our hair, especially her’s since it was more damaged and dry. My hair is oilier, so I definitely avoided my scalp.
The mask had a nice scent to it.
The leave in conditioner was helpful in brushing out hair after showering. After blow drying, I used the serum and my hair was smooth and soft. I use both sparingly since my hair is natural oilier, but my friend has drier hair (she doesnt have to wash her’s everyday like I do), so she was more generous with the products.
Like most products, the results really depend on the needs you have, so do take that into consideration when using.
