     I didn’t like receiving an open container.

    Received product about three weeks ago and opened to use and the product was busted open with the texturizer all over the box. Can’t use at all. Completely trashed. I should have known better when the box it was shipped in was super beat up. However, I didn’t think to open the product package/box to verify the contents were unharmed. I can’t even return the product because my window just closed the other day. SMH. Such a bummer.

    The product is great but something is not clear about the description of what you actually get. I’ve purchased the 3 pack before and it was really 3 individual boxes stacked together in plastic. So I ordered from my buy again list that says 3pack yet I only got 1 box instead of 3boxes. I mean if the 3 pack is no longer available it should show sold out. I paid for 3 not 1.
