    Relaxers are chemicals. You HAVE to follow their instructions AND consider what type of hair you have. If your hair is curly but NOT course, try mild. If your hair is course, THEN try super. PUT GLOVES ON! Saw some reviews that said their hands were burned – THIS JAR IS PROFESSIONAL FORMULA BUT WITH ANY RELAXER, PUT GLOVES ON. Next, timing. It states right on the jar maximum time to get it in and smoothed into your hair is 15-20 minutes. Put a towel around your neck then smear Vaseline around your ears, front and back, and around your whole hairline and down a bit on your neck. Section your hair and work it in as fast as you can – back to front, smoothing each section after application. WITH THE GLOVES ON, smooth all hair together – work the edges with thumb tips and fingertips upwards into the hair. Have your neutralizing shampoo and hair hose ready on the counter next to the sink. If you feel your scalp start to tingle and it’s been 10 or more minutes, get to the sink and rinse the relaxer out – have another clean towel ready near-by. After rinsing out the relaxer, shampoo well with the neutralizing shampoo, rinse, repeat. Rinse-out or leave-in conditioner can be used after that – DONE.

    I use this product to laminate my brows. I brush it through them and leave them for 1 minute and wash off, careful to avoid eyes. Its perfect and theres so much product it will last forever.

    It came lightly broken, but the content was intact because it’s wrapped in a nailon bag, at least in my case it came like that.
    I first use it as directed. Apply evenly, then lest rest for 15 min, it looked good but when I finally dried my hair it didn’t actually worked as expected. I decided to give it a shot next day since it didn’t hurt my scalp (notice I bought super).
    I tried again next day, this time I continued massaging the application and finally decided to rinse after 30min!!! This did worked.
    I think the product is very reliable and it does protect your hair a lot. It has some oil component and it doesn’t hurt the scalp but all that also results in not a very strong product as it says.
    My hair is very strong, for thin hair people I recommend some precaution, what I did it’s absolutely not recommended.
    The item is shipped in a lightweight bag. I think the braking issue would be a little better if it comes in a box, the plastic used for the container is not very resistant.
    If you consider to use it, my recommendation is to be aware of how it feels in your scalp and if it burns that is a sign that you should rince immediately. I do recommend this product if you really know what you are doing.
