Only gripe is the glass straw came broken because of what I can only assume was poor packaging. Otherwise great!

The personalizing was very neat, cute and attractive! The overall quality of the product was very good! Loved the look! Christmas gift that hasn’t yet reached its recipient so will expand on usage info when possible! I would recommend and buy again! Super cute gift!!!

I ordered 7 of these to gift to the ladies in my life this year. I love that they were customizable! The seller made it easy to communicate even with the hustle and bustle of the holidays. My first package arrived and 2 of the glass straws were shattered. They sent me replacements that made it to me before Christmas!
Everyone loved them! They’re glass so I wouldn’t say they’re the most sturdy cups but for a glass cup I think it seems pretty good.

Lovely glass, the personalized option was a big hit! This comes with a nifty cleaning brush for the stainless steel straw. No doubt useful for other stuff too! This was a gift for someone I don’t know well. She was genuinely thrilled! Yaay!

It’s a nice glass although the glass isn’t very heavy duty/thick. Upon opening discovered the glass straw was broken. Which is a bummer, hopefully my friend has straws or I can try to find another that will fit. Also has a smell that I hope will wash out, chemical like smell I guess. It was only $15 so not worth trying to return for a broken straw.
